Mandatory Meeting

The mandatory East Coast Trip Meeting has been set for April, 30, 2012.  The meeting will be held in the Middle School Cafe at 7:00 p.m.  Please plan on attending this important meeting.  We need the student and at least one parent at the meeting.  If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Tidey.

Candle Fundraiser is Due First Week in December

Please remember to complete your candle fundraiser by December 5th.  Mail the order form and money to Amy Stedman.  If you have any questions, contact Amy Stedman at wickwatchers@yahoo.com.

Cookie Dough, Popcorn Bucket, Bundt Cake Orders Due Saturday, November 5th

This is a reminder that all cookie dough, popcorn bucket, and bundt cake orders are due Saturday, November 5.  A copy of the order and the money need to be mailed to the company.  Please do not turn the money into Mr. Tidey.  They must be mailed to the company.

Fundraiser for East Coast Trip

If you did not receive fundraiser information at the East Coast Trip meeting, have your student stop by my classroom.  I have Savory Foods fundraiser sheets in my class.  These are the forms needed to sell cookie dough, popcorn, and bundt cakes. 

If you are interested in selling Party Lite Candles, you must email Amy Stedman at wickwatchers@yahoo.com to receive information.  You need to provide student name, mailling address, parent name, phone number, and email address in your email.

First Bus Filling Fast

Over 40 students signed up for the East Coast Trip last night.  If you child is interested in going on the trip, they need to sign up ASAP.  Once the first bus is full, a waiting list will be started until we have enough students for a second bus.  Here is a link to register on-line.  Trip brochures are available in the Informational Center of the the Middle School, if you need to mail your form and money.

Informational Meeting for 2012!

The meeting for the 2012 East Coast Trip has been set.  This informational meeting will be on Tuesday, October 18 @ 7:00 p.m. in the Middle School Cafe.  During the meeting, we will go over the trip itinerary, trip expectations, costs, etc.  This is a great opportunity to ask questions.  If you have any questions about the trip prior to this meeting, please contact Mr. Tidey @ keith.tidey@staff.spartaschools.org.

Mandatory Parent/Student Meeting

The mandatory parent & student East Coast Trip Meeting is on Tuesday, April 19 in the middle school cafe.  Please make sure that you make it to this important meeting.  Talk to coaches of sports and let them know that this is a school event and you need to be there.  If you have any questions, see Mr. Tidey.
