Photo ID Cards

Douglas Photography has agreed to make photo id cards for the students.  The cost is $3 per card.  In order to make a card, the student must have had their picture taken for the year book.  Forms were given to students at the East Coast Trip meeting on Monday, March 21.  These forms and money are due to Mr. Tidey by Monday, March 28.

Notarized Trip Authorization Form / Money Due 3/31

Just a couple of quick reminders.

1. All East Coast Trip money is due March 31st.  Please make sure to send this money to Countryside Tours.  The link to their website is http://www.countrysidetours.net/.
2. Please make sure that you get your Trip Authorization Form notarized.  You can do this at most banks.  The two notary publics in Sparta Area Schools have volunteered to notarize your forms, too.  You can call Rose Hunter-Faurot 887-7359 (Special Education Office in MS) or Kim Anderson 887-8253 (Administration Office).  They will let you know a good time to come in and what to bring.
3. Please make sure that your child has an original birth certificate with a raised seal on it.  It must be the original.  No photocopies.
